Gambit [Blacklight GITD]

The Gambit Blacklight Pop! figure was released as part of a specialized Marvel series by Funko that reimagined classic X-Men characters through a vibrant, high-contrast aesthetic reminiscent of 1960s psychedelic art. This specific line was designed to celebrate the characters with neon color palettes that react under ultraviolet light, a departure from the standard uniform colors typically associated with the franchise.

This edition was developed to cater to the growing trend of glow-in-the-dark and alternative-aesthetic collectibles within the hobbyist market. The design captures the character's signature trench coat and bo staff, rendered in striking purples and pinks that evoke the pop-art movement. Upon release, the figure was well-received by collectors who prioritized visual uniqueness and thematic consistency within the wider Blacklight Marvel display sets.
