Gohan in Cape

Gohan in Cape, released as number 1708 in the Funko Pop! Animation line, draws inspiration from the iconic appearances of Gohan within the Dragon Ball Super narrative. This figure captures the character during moments of respite or strategic planning, moving away from his battle-worn states to highlight his role as a scholar and a protector. The design reflects the modern, polished aesthetic of the Super-era character models, prioritizing the distinct shape of his purple Gi and flowing white cape.

The figure was produced as part of Funko's ongoing collaboration with Toei Animation, aiming to provide collectors with character variations that span the depth of the Dragon Ball lineage. It was designed to cater to long-term fans who appreciate the character's transition from a young warrior to a more mature, thoughtful figure. Like much of the Animation line, it maintains the signature Funko aesthetic—a stylized, oversized head and minimalist features—while ensuring the specific detailing of Gohan's signature cape remains the focal point for display purposes.
