Haganezuka

Haganezuka, identified as number 1407 in the Pop! Animation series, was released by Funko to commemorate the character’s prominent role in the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba franchise. As the eccentric and dedicated swordsmith responsible for forging Tanjiro Kamado’s Nichirin sword, the figure captures his distinctive appearance, including his traditional straw hat and the Hyottoko mask he habitually wears to conceal his face. This item was created as part of an expansive line of vinyl collectibles aimed at fans of the anime series, which gained global recognition for its high-quality animation and emotional storytelling.

The design of the figure adheres to Funko’s signature aesthetic, featuring a large, squared-off head and simplified, stylized features that bridge the gap between traditional Japanese character design and the company's minimalist aesthetic. As with many figures in the Animation line, the piece focuses on translating the character's recognizable silhouette and eccentric personality into a portable, durable vinyl format. The figure was met with positive reception from collectors who focus on the Demon Slayer set, serving as a popular representation of a supporting character known for his uncompromising standards and volatile temperament.
