Ivan Ooze

The Ivan Ooze Pop! Digital figure was released as part of the Funko Digital Pop! series, a platform that pairs collectible physical figures with non-fungible tokens. This specific piece represents the primary antagonist from the 1995 film Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie, an adaptation of the immensely popular television series of the same name. The design translates the character’s unsettling, viscous aesthetic into the trademark Funko aesthetic, featuring the jagged features and purplish color palette characteristic of the cinematic villain.

The figure reflects the broader trend of late 20th-century pop culture nostalgia, specifically targeting the generation that grew up with the Power Rangers franchise during its mid-1990s peak. As an inclusion in the Digital Pop! lineup, the item serves as a bridge between traditional physical toy collecting and emerging digital asset ecosystems. It was designed to capture the campy yet menacing spirit of the original practical effects work found in the film, intended for enthusiasts of the franchise who value character-specific deep cuts.
