Korg with Miek

Released as part of the Funko Pop! Marvel line, this figure commemorates the fan-favorite duo Korg and Miek from the 2017 film Thor: Ragnarok. The set was produced to capitalize on the character's breakout popularity following the movie's shift toward a more humorous, vibrant tone under director Taika Waititi. Korg, the soft-spoken revolutionary made of rocks, quickly became a cultural icon, leading to this specific double-pack being prioritized for production within the wider Marvel cinematic merchandise wave.

The design of the figure reflects the aesthetic of the Sakaar arena sequences, featuring Korg in his gladiatorial armor with Miek mounted on his shoulder as seen in the film. Funko’s design team sought to balance the bulky, textural elements of Korg’s rocky exterior with the miniature detail of Miek, maintaining the stylized, oversized-head silhouette typical of the brand. Upon release, it was well-received by collectors who appreciated the nod to the film's comedic heart and the unique inclusion of two characters in a single collector's box.
