Where it came from
Pinky was released as part of the Funko Pop! Games series, specifically under number 85, to celebrate the iconic legacy of the 1980 arcade classic Pac-Man. The figure depicts one of the four original ghosts from the game, known for its distinct personality and aggressive pursuit tactics in the maze, serving as a nostalgic tribute to the golden age of video games.
The design follows Funko's signature aesthetic, transforming the pixelated character into a stylized vinyl figure. By simplifying the ghost's geometry into a clean, oversized-head silhouette, the design emphasizes the recognizability of the character while fitting seamlessly into the broader, uniform visual language that has defined the Pop! collectible phenomenon since its inception.
