Where it came from
Santa Jack is part of the extensive Funko Pop! Disney line, specifically representing the 1993 stop-motion classic The Nightmare Before Christmas. This figure commemorates the iconic scene where Jack Skellington attempts to bring Christmas to Halloween Town, donning a makeshift red suit and beard. The design captures his spindly, stylized anatomy, rendered in the signature Pop! aesthetic with oversized eyes and a simplified, geometric head shape.
The figure was released as part of the broader merchandising efforts surrounding the film's enduring popularity and its frequent re-release in seasonal markets. Funko designers prioritized the character's distinct silhouette, balancing his skeletal structure with the festive elements of his Santa disguise. Like many items in the Disney series, it was produced to cater to long-term fans of the franchise and collectors of animation-themed vinyl figures, receiving a warm reception for its accurate representation of a beloved holiday crossover character.
