Where it came from
The Skeleton figure, numbered 99 in the Pop! Games series, was released as part of Funko’s expansive collection dedicated to the Fallout video game franchise. It was designed to represent the ubiquitous environmental storytelling found throughout the post-apocalyptic landscapes of the series, where skeletal remains are frequently encountered by players exploring ruined interiors and wasteland ruins.
This figure reflects the distinct aesthetic of the Funko Pop line, adapting the grim, weathered reality of the Fallout universe into the company's signature stylized, large-headed vinyl format. While not tied to a specific named character, the item was produced to appeal to fans who value the atmospheric details of the game, and it was received as a quirky, macabre addition to the broader set of iconic franchise characters like the Vault Boy and Power Armor figures.
