Superhero Stitch

Superhero Stitch, released as figure number 506 in the Pop! Disney series, draws inspiration from the mischievous Experiment 626 from the 2002 animated film Lilo & Stitch. The figure depicts Stitch wearing a makeshift cape and mask, a nod to the character's penchant for playing hero in various spin-off media and merchandise themes that explore his integration into Hawaiian life. Funko designed this iteration to capture the whimsical, chaotic nature of the character, balancing his alien features with the standardized, stylized aesthetic that defines the Pop! line.

The figure was produced during a period of significant expansion for the Pop! Disney line, which aimed to capitalize on the enduring popularity of classic and modern Disney icons. As with many figures in the series, the design focuses on simplifying the character's primary costume elements into the hallmark oversized head and minimalist body shape. It was met with enthusiasm by long-term collectors of the Lilo & Stitch franchise, who frequently seek out variations of the character to represent his different personas throughout the animated series.
