Victory Shawarma: Captain America

The Victory Shawarma series commemorates the iconic post-credits scene from the 2012 film The Avengers, directed by Joss Whedon. In this brief sequence, the exhausted superhero team sits in silence at a local restaurant to eat shawarma, a callback to a line delivered by Tony Stark earlier in the film. The Funko Pop line captures each hero in this specific moment of quiet, post-battle reprieve.

Designed in the signature Funko aesthetic, the figure features Captain America sitting with his head resting on his hand, echoing the weary posture Chris Evans adopted in the film. Released as part of a connected set, the figures were created to be displayed together to reconstruct the full tableau of the scene. The series received significant attention from Marvel enthusiasts for its commitment to a specific, meme-worthy cinematic moment rather than a traditional action pose.
