Where it came from
The Victory Shawarma series was released by Funko as a commemorative collection celebrating the post-credits scene of the 2012 film, The Avengers. In that iconic moment, the team sits in silence at a local restaurant following the Battle of New York, exhausted and eating shawarma. This specific figure captures Thor, the Asgardian prince, in his cinematic attire, complete with the weary demeanor portrayed by actor Chris Hemsworth.
Designed in the signature Funko Pop aesthetic—featuring an oversized head and simplified, stylized proportions—the figure focuses on the humor and humanizing nature of the film's final sequence. It serves as a callback to a joke established earlier in the movie by Tony Stark. The figure was well-received by collectors for its ability to immortalize a quiet, comedic cinematic moment that solidified the camaraderie of the original Avengers lineup.
