Provenance

Where it came from

Yuji Itadori, number 1376 in the Pop! Animation series, was released by Funko as part of their broader line dedicated to the popular dark fantasy manga and anime Jujutsu Kaisen. The figure depicts the series protagonist, Yuji, incorporating a glow-in-the-dark finish to represent his connection to the cursed energy of Sukuna. This variant was designed to appeal to fans of the supernatural combat style prevalent in the source material, capturing the character's distinct uniform and iconic pink-toned hair.

The figure reflects Funko's standard aesthetic of simplified proportions and enlarged, stylized features applied to the character designs originated by Gege Akutami. As an entry in the Jujutsu Kaisen collection, it functions as a collectible piece intended to celebrate the rapid international rise of the franchise. It was received as a standard addition to the brand's expansive catalog of anime-inspired vinyl figures, following the established design language common across their collaborative licensing agreements with global animation studios.
