Acclamator-class Assault Ship

The Acclamator-class assault ship was introduced in the 2002 film Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones as the primary transport for the newly formed Grand Army of the Republic. Designed by Lucasfilm's art department to bridge the aesthetic gap between the utilitarian Republic era and the later, more rigid designs of the Galactic Empire, the vessel features a distinctive wedge-shaped hull that echoes the eventual Star Destroyer lineage. The design process focused on conveying a sense of massive scale and military deployment capability, marking the first appearance of these ships as they descended upon Geonosis.

Released as set 75404-1 in the LEGO Star Wars Starship Collection, this model follows the modern trend of mid-scale display pieces aimed at adult builders. The set captures the ship's iconic silhouette with a focus on geometric accuracy and detailed greebling, reflecting the LEGO Group's ongoing strategy of producing high-fidelity replicas that occupy a smaller footprint than the massive Ultimate Collector Series. It has been received positively by the community as a faithful representation of a ship that is rarely depicted in scale models, filling a notable gap in the collection of prequel-era capital ships.
