Where it came from
Released in 2008 as part of a Star Wars character magnet set, this item features the likeness of Asajj Ventress, the formidable Dathomirian assassin and Sith acolyte. The figure was produced to coincide with the launch of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series, which introduced a distinct, stylized aesthetic for iconic characters across the franchise.
The design of the figure reflects the character's signature appearance from the 2008 series, characterized by her pale complexion, bald head, and dual lightsabers. As a promotional magnet, it was intended as a decorative collectible for fans of the show's burgeoning visual style, receiving moderate attention from collectors who sought to capture the series' unique transition from traditional Star Wars realism to the sharp, angular artistry of the new animation.
