Where it came from
Lloyd Garmadon, the Green Ninja, was released as part of the LEGO Ninjago theme. This minifigure represents the central protagonist of the series, who evolved from a mischievous child to the legendary prophesied savior of Ninjago. The character was introduced early in the theme's history to drive the overarching narrative of the battle between elemental masters and the forces of darkness.
The design of the character was developed by the LEGO design team to reflect his status as the leader of the ninja team, utilizing distinct green color schemes and evolving armor prints to denote his progression through different seasons of the animated series. The figure has been consistently well-received by collectors and fans for its detailed torso printing and its significance as the anchor for the long-running Ninjago franchise.
