Where it came from
Released in 2020 as part of the Lego Friends theme, the Party Boat (set 41433) was designed to expand the play potential of Heartlake City’s coastal locations. The set reflects the theme's focus on social play and friendship, featuring a brightly colored vessel equipped with leisure amenities like a sun deck and a slide, intended to provide a backdrop for imaginative roleplay scenarios involving the included mini-dolls.
The set was conceived by the Lego design team to capture a vacation aesthetic, utilizing a vibrant color palette typical of the Friends line. Upon its release, it was well-received by the target demographic for its play features, such as the modular top deck and the functional slide, which allowed for dynamic interaction with the set’s accessories and the water-themed environment.
