PoulErik

The PoulErik set, identified as 892178-1, is a promotional polybag release associated with the Lego Ninjago theme. These promotional items were primarily distributed as part of retail events or through specific magazine tie-ins, reflecting Lego’s strategy of using small, accessible sets to engage fans of the long-running Ninjago narrative. The design reflects the aesthetic of the era, focusing on the character PoulErik, a figure derived from the theme's expansive cast of villains and allies introduced during the later story arcs.

The character design follows the established visual language of the Ninjago series, which blends traditional Eastern motifs with futuristic elements. While the specific designer is not credited in public records, the construction follows standard Lego minifigure design practices, prioritizing playability and thematic integration with the larger sets in the Ninjago ecosystem. The set was received as a niche addition for collectors, serving as a minor but distinct piece of the broader Ninjago character catalog.
