Vacation Beach House

The LEGO Friends Vacation Beach House, released as set 41709-1 in 2022, is part of the long-running Friends line that debuted in 2012. This set was designed to capture the quintessential summer aesthetic of the Heartlake City series, featuring modular building sections that allow for a customizable layout. It reflects the theme's move toward more intricate architectural designs, incorporating features like a rooftop terrace, an outdoor deck with a ping-pong table, and a functional kitchen space to support narrative-driven play.

The set was illustrated and engineered by the LEGO design team to emphasize versatility and modern coastal living. By prioritizing a bright color palette and an open-concept design, the creators aimed to appeal to fans who value both structural creativity and character-based storytelling. Since its release, the set has been received as a highlight of the Friends beach-themed sub-series, noted particularly for its modularity and the inclusion of multiple mini-dolls which facilitate diverse roleplay scenarios.
