Where it came from
The World Play Day M&T set, numbered 6598833-1, was produced as part of a global promotional initiative designed to encourage creative engagement and tactile play. These small-scale builds were distributed during events centered around the company's commitment to fostering developmental play, serving as an accessible entry point for participants to experience the brand's modular construction system in a communal, celebratory setting.
The design of this set reflects the brand’s signature minimalist aesthetic, utilizing a limited palette of bricks to challenge builders to imagine larger structures from humble components. By focusing on a compact, portable format, the designers intended to highlight the portability and versatility of their building system, ensuring that the set remained approachable for hobbyists of all ages and skill levels during public gatherings.
