Belle

The Belle character card from the Hyperia City set represents a pivotal fusion of classic aesthetic motifs and the set's distinct neo-urban design language. Released as part of the Hyperia City expansion, this card was developed to anchor the set's thematic narrative, which explores the intersection of traditional folklore archetypes and a stylized, futuristic cityscape. The creative team focused on blending ornate, period-accurate costume details with the geometric, high-contrast visual identity that defines the entire Hyperia collection.

The illustration was crafted to evoke a sense of quiet intellect amidst the chaotic, neon-lit backdrop of the set's world. Upon its release, the card gained significant attention for its enchanted rarity tier, which utilized a unique holographic foiling process designed to catch light in a way that mimicked the reflective surfaces of a bustling metropolitan environment. Critics and players alike noted that the design succeeded in maintaining the character's recognizable core identity while firmly establishing her presence within the broader, gritty aesthetic of the Hyperia City universe.
