Belle's City Guide

Belle’s City Guide, designated as card number 100 in the Hyperia City set, was released as a rare item card during the expansion's initial launch. The card was conceptualized to serve as a lore-building artifact, providing players with a thematic glimpse into the urban landscape of Hyperia. It was designed by the lead art team to reflect the high-fantasy aesthetic of the setting, utilizing intricate, ink-wash illustrations that emphasize the verticality and chaotic architecture characteristic of the game's central metropolis.

Upon its introduction, the card was received primarily as a utility piece, valued more for its world-building flavor text than its competitive efficacy in the deck-building meta. Critics and collectors noted the card for its detailed artwork, which provided a clearer vision of the Hyperia setting than many of the set's combat-focused cards. Because it was classified as a rare pull, it quickly became a sought-after piece for players who prioritized the completion of the narrative-focused card sets over purely mechanical game pieces.
