What it does
When Battle Myrsphere enters the battlefield, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a battle card. Put it onto the battlefield, and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
Whenever Battle Myrsphere attacks, you may tap X untapped battles you control (so they're oriented like a regular Magic card). If you do, Battle Myrsphere gets +X/+0 until end of turn and deals X damage to the player or permanent.

Where it came from
The Battle Myrsphere, designated RA07a, originates from the 'Unknown Event' promotional series, a specialized run of cards distributed during early organized play demonstrations. These cards were designed to highlight the versatility of the Myr construct archetype, serving as both a mechanical showcase and a rare piece of memorabilia for participants of the mid-2000s event circuit.
The illustration features a stylized, metallic sphere indicative of the aesthetic direction established for the Mirrodin block, emphasizing the seamless, artificial nature of the plane. While the artist is not credited on the face of this specific promotional print, the design echoes the work of contemporary digital illustrators who shaped the sleek, high-fantasy industrial look of the era, and it was received by collectors as a distinct, low-availability variant of the standard Myrsphere design.
