Beastmaster Ascension

Beastmaster Ascension was introduced in the 2009 Zendikar expansion for Magic: The Gathering, a set designed to evoke an adventurous, treasure-hunting tone. As a rare enchantment, it was mechanically crafted to reward players for aggressive board states, encouraging a 'go-wide' strategy where multiple creatures attacking together build toward a powerful global buff. The artwork was commissioned from Alex Horley-Orlandelli, whose bold, dynamic style is well-recognized in the fantasy gaming space.
