What it does
Whenever fortified land is tapped for mana, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control. If that creature shares a color with the mana that land produced, create a Junk token. (It's an artifact with "tap, Sacrifice this token: Exile the top card of your library. You may play that card this turn. Activate only as a sorcery.")
Fortify 3 generic mana (3 generic mana: Attach to target land you control. Fortify only as a sorcery.)

Where it came from
The C.A.M.P. card, numbered 657, is a piece from the Magic: The Gathering 'Universes Beyond' set themed around the Fallout franchise, released in 2024. This collection was developed to bridge the tactical card-game mechanics of Magic with the post-apocalyptic lore of Bethesda's video game series. The card specifically highlights the mobile base-building mechanic central to Fallout 76, serving as an artifact that emphasizes the series' focus on survival, salvage, and the establishment of safe havens in the wasteland.
The card’s visual design utilizes the distinct, retro-futuristic aesthetic characteristic of the Fallout universe, featuring the iconic Pip-Boy interface and the utilitarian salvage-based construction style familiar to players. By incorporating the 'C.A.M.P.'—the Construction and Assembly Mobile Platform—the designers sought to translate the game's core gameplay loop of gathering resources and managing settlements into a card-based utility. It was received by the player base as a flavorful inclusion that rewards resource management and synergistic play, fitting neatly into the thematic decks released alongside the main set.
