What it does

Whenever fortified land is tapped for mana, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control. If that creature shares a color with the mana that land produced, create a Junk token. (It's an artifact with "tap, Sacrifice this token: Exile the top card of your library. You may play that card this turn. Activate only as a sorcery.")

Fortify 3 generic mana (3 generic mana: Attach to target land you control. Fortify only as a sorcery.)

Provenance

Where it came from

The C.A.M.P. card, numbered 129, originates from the Fallout Magic: The Gathering Universes Beyond set released in 2024. The card is designed to represent the Construction and Assembly Mobile Platform, a core gameplay mechanic introduced in Fallout 76, which allows players to establish a customizable base anywhere in the game's expansive wasteland.

The card art was illustrated by Ovidio Cartagena, who worked to capture the utilitarian, retro-futuristic aesthetic characteristic of the Fallout series. It was designed as an artifact card to support deck strategies involving land and resource management, reflecting the scavenged, modular building style found in the source material.
