The Masters 25 iteration features artwork by Justin Sweet, who captured the visceral, unsettling nature of the spell through a dark and muted aesthetic. Sweet's design emphasizes the physical degradation suggested by the card’s name, moving away from the more vibrant, action-oriented look of the original Zendikar art toward a moody, atmospheric portrait of decay.
