What it does
Yell "Who wants a souvenir?" and announce the name of a nonland card in your graveyard. Each player in an Un-game who can hear you may bid life. You start the bidding at 0. The high bidder loses life equal to the high bid. They copy the card and may cast the copy without paying its mana cost. If you didn't win the bid, you gain life equal to the high bid and create that many Treasure tokens.

Where it came from
Exit Through the Grift Shop was released in 2022 as part of the Unfinity expansion for Magic: The Gathering. This set was designed by Wizards of the Coast to lean into a retro-futuristic, carnival-themed aesthetic, combining high-fantasy mechanics with the self-referential, satirical humor that defines the Un- series. The card serves as a tongue-in-cheek commentary on the intersection of commercialism and street art culture, riffing on the title of the famous Banksy documentary.
The artwork for the card features a vibrant, bustling gift shop environment characteristic of the set's space-circus motif. It was illustrated by artist Wisnu Tan, who utilized a bold, illustrative style to capture the chaotic energy of the scene. The card's design intentionally disrupts traditional gameplay conventions, reflecting the experimental spirit of the silver-bordered and acorn-stamped set, which focuses on providing a humorous and unconventional play experience for collectors and players alike.
