Where it came from
Inventors' Fair originated as a rare land card in the Edge of Eternities: Stellar Sights expansion, designed to anchor the set's focus on technological innovation and celestial exploration. It was crafted to represent the convergence of brilliant minds across the game's expansive multiverse, serving as a hub for players to seek out their most intricate contraptions and artifacts during gameplay.
The card’s visual direction was led by the art team to evoke a sense of organized, shimmering wonder, utilizing a palette of soft gold and deep cosmic blues to contrast the mechanical precision of the fair with the vastness of the setting. Upon its release, it was noted by the community for its strategic utility in artifact-heavy decks, earning a reputation as a sophisticated engine for resource management and deck consistency.
