Kinjalli's Sunwing

Kinjalli's Sunwing is a creature card originally appearing in the Rivals of Ixalan expansion for Magic: The Gathering, later reprinted in The Lost Caverns of Ixalan Commander set with collector number 130. Designed by Wizards of the Coast, it represents the dinosaur-riding culture of the Sun Empire on the plane of Ixalan. The creature serves as a mechanical representation of the Empire's reverence for the sun, utilizing its static ability to slow down opponents by making their creatures and artifacts enter the battlefield tapped, reflecting the 'dazzling' nature of the sun's light.
