Kor Spiritdancer

Kor Spiritdancer was originally released in the 2010 expansion Rise of the Eldrazi, designed by Wizards of the Coast for the Magic: The Gathering trading card game. It was illustrated by artist Matt Cavotta, who sought to capture the ethereal, rhythmic nature of the Zendikar plane’s Kor culture. The card functions as a powerful engine for aura-based strategies, rewarding players for every enchantment spell they cast by providing both card advantage and a temporary increase in physical stature.

The inclusion of this card in The List—a curated collection of reprints appearing in Set Boosters—serves to provide players with access to older, sought-after utility pieces in a modern context. By reissuing cards like Kor Spiritdancer with the distinct planeswalker symbol in the bottom-left corner, Wizards of the Coast maintains the accessibility of deck-building staples that are essential for eternal formats such as Modern and Commander.
