Light of Day

Light of Day was originally printed in the Tempest set in 1997 and later featured in the Classic Sixth Edition of Magic: The Gathering in 1999. As an enchantment designed to counter black-aligned creatures, it served as a functional piece of utility within the game's color pie, reflecting the thematic conflict between light and dark prevalent in early Magic lore.
