What it does
Fire a Nerf® blaster until empty at target library from at least two meters away. For each card knocked off that library, put it into its owner's graveyard and Nerf War deals ½ damage to that player. (Foam darts only.)

Where it came from
The Nerf War card was produced as an exclusive promotional item for the inaugural HasCon event held in September 2017 in Providence, Rhode Island. As the first convention dedicated entirely to Hasbro's intellectual properties, the event sought to celebrate the company's vast portfolio of toys and games. This specific card was part of a limited-edition set designed to bridge the gap between traditional board gaming and Hasbro's action-oriented toy brands, serving as a commemorative souvenir for attendees.
The design of the card reflects the aesthetic shift toward promotional tie-ins that emphasize Hasbro's brand synergy. By integrating the Nerf brand into a collectable card format, the designers aimed to highlight the playful, high-energy nature of the toy line within a portable, tactile medium. While not part of a mainstream competitive trading card game, the set was well-received by convention-goers and brand enthusiasts who valued the novelty of a physical keepsake from the company's first major dedicated fan convention.
