Phyrexian Broodlings

Phyrexian Broodlings was originally printed in the Urza's Saga expansion in 1998, representing the biomechanical horrors of the Phyrexian faction within the Magic: The Gathering multiverse. It was later reprinted as part of the 2010 Duel Decks: Phyrexia vs. the Coalition, a boxed set designed to highlight the conflict between the invading Phyrexian forces and the allied heroes of Dominaria. This specific printing features art by Daren Bader, whose work throughout the late 1990s and 2000s helped establish the dark, visceral aesthetic associated with the Phyrexian aesthetic.
