Rock Jockey

Rock Jockey was released in 2003 as part of the Scourge expansion, the third and final set in the Onslaught block for the Magic: The Gathering trading card game. During this era, Wizards of the Coast focused heavily on tribal mechanics and cycling, with Scourge specifically introducing high-mana-cost spells that could be played for cheaper costs if certain conditions were met.
