Enchant creature or Vehicle
Enchanted permanent is a Vehicle artifact with crew 5 and it loses all other card types. (It's not a creature unless it's crewed.)
On the bright side, the bear now had cupholders.

Where it came from
Swift Reconfiguration was released in 2022 as part of the Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Commander set. The card was designed as a unique implementation of the set's central 'Reconfigure' mechanic, which allows equipment cards to also function as creatures. By transforming a creature into a non-creature artifact, the card serves as a versatile utility piece for Commander players, offering both a defensive tool against removal and a way to mitigate certain board states.
The art for the card was created by artist Igor Kieryluk, whose work often leans into the intricate, high-fantasy aesthetics found throughout the Magic: The Gathering multiverse. His contribution to the Neon Dynasty aesthetic focuses on the seamless blending of traditional Japanese-inspired motifs with the cyberpunk, technological flair that defined the plane's reimagining. The card was received positively for its mechanical efficiency and its thematic fit within the white-color identity, which often focuses on protective enchantments.
