What it does
When The Fish Brewer enters the battlefield or attacks, create a 1/1 Fish creature token that's all colors.
If another permanent entering the battlefield causes a triggered ability of a permanent you control to trigger, tap any number of Fish you control. That ability triggers an additional time for each Fish tapped this way.

Where it came from
The Fish Brewer, cataloged as RU42, is a card from the Unknown Event series, a collection known for its surrealist iconography and cryptic flavor text. The series emerged during an era of experimental trading card design that prioritized atmospheric world-building over standard game mechanics, aiming to evoke a sense of mystery through its obscure, maritime-inspired imagery.
The visual design of the piece features intricate, muted watercolor linework that leans into the themes of early 20th-century speculative fiction. While the specific illustrator of this card remains uncredited in public archives, the artistic direction of the series was widely praised by niche collectors for its departure from high-fantasy tropes, favoring instead a quiet, unsettling aesthetic that resonated with enthusiasts of avant-garde graphic design.
