Tsabo Tavoc

Tsabo Tavoc was released in the 2000 Invasion expansion for the Magic: The Gathering trading card game. As the primary antagonist of the Phyrexian invasion storyline, the character was designed to represent the horrific, biomechanical aesthetic of the Phyrexians, a long-standing faction of villains in the game's lore. The card was intended to be a powerful, high-cost legendary creature that utilized the specific mechanical themes of the set, which focused on multicolor cards and the conflict between the plane of Dominaria and its invaders.
