Fushigi na Shounen

Fushigi na Shounen, or The Mysterious Boy, is a philosophical anthology manga series by Kazumi Yamashita that began serialization in 2001. The series centers on a recurring, ageless, and gender-ambiguous protagonist who appears across different historical eras and social settings, acting as a catalyst or observer for human folly and existential irony. Yamashita crafted these narratives as a series of standalone moral tales that utilize the boy as a constant variable to highlight the absurdity of human behavior.
