The Unlikeable Demon Hunter: Sting: Large Print Edition

The Unlikeable Demon Hunter series, written by Deborah Wilde, emerged during the mid-2010s urban fantasy boom, focusing on the character Nava Katz. The narrative is defined by its blending of supernatural action with a distinct, irreverent sense of humor, positioning the protagonist as an outsider in the demon-hunting world. The series was created to offer a satirical and character-driven alternative to traditional tropes, centering on a lead whose personality is intentionally abrasive and complex.

This specific large-print edition was produced to increase accessibility for readers who prefer enhanced readability, a standard practice for successful independent series seeking to widen their audience. Wilde's design choices emphasize her signature brand of snarky, high-stakes paranormal fiction. The reception of the series has been largely positive within the self-published community, with readers consistently praising the sharp dialogue and the unique psychological makeup of the central character.
