Tokyo Revengers: E-Manga 24: Zeitreisen, ein Mordfall und die Suche nach dem Schuldigen – der Bestsellermanga zum Animehit!

Tokyo Revengers, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui, began serialization in Weekly Shonen Magazine in 2017. The series follows Takemichi Hanagaki, a man who discovers he has the ability to travel back in time to his middle school years, allowing him to alter the fate of his high school girlfriend and prevent the rise of a lethal criminal organization. Volume 24 serves as a pivotal installment in the latter half of the series, continuing the complex narrative arcs that characterize the franchise’s blend of supernatural time-travel mechanics and gritty delinquent culture.

Ken Wakui’s aesthetic for the series relies on detailed character designs that reflect the distinct fashion subcultures of Japanese gangs, paired with a dynamic, suspense-driven storytelling style. The German digital edition, published under the Carlsen Manga imprint, was developed to provide readers with accessible, portable access to the manga's ongoing drama. Upon its release, the series achieved immense international popularity, particularly following the successful 2021 anime adaptation, which cemented its status as a contemporary shonen phenomenon.
