Where it came from
The card 'Because the Side of Justice Will Be Whichever Side Wins!!' (OP05-037) was released as part of the Winner Pack 2025 Vol. 4 promotion for the One Piece Card Game. These cards are specifically distributed as tournament rewards, functioning as limited-edition prizes that highlight key quotes and iconic imagery from Eiichiro Oda's long-running manga series. This specific card features Donquixote Doflamingo, capturing his cynical philosophy regarding the nature of morality during the Marineford arc.
The design of this event card focuses on the dramatic, high-contrast aesthetic characteristic of the One Piece trading card game, utilizing official illustrations that emphasize Doflamingo's presence. As a promotional item, it serves both as a functional game piece for players and a collectible memento for those participating in organized play. Its reception is defined by its scarcity and the thematic significance of the quote to fans of the series' complex geopolitical narrative.
