Carne

Carne, a character from the One Piece universe, was introduced as part of the Tournament Pack OP-12 set, titled Legacy of the Master. This card release was designed to celebrate iconic, often eccentric, supporting characters from the long-running series. It draws directly from the Baratie arc, where Carne serves as a combat cook aboard the floating restaurant, characterized by his aggressive cooking style and protective loyalty to Zeff.

The card’s design utilizes the distinct visual language of the One Piece Card Game, prioritizing dynamic character illustration and clear mechanical synergy for gameplay. By spotlighting secondary characters like Carne, the set aims to provide thematic depth for collectors and players who appreciate the broader cast of Eiichiro Oda’s world. The reception of this card has been primarily focused on its utility within specific deck archetypes and its role as a niche inclusion for fans of the early East Blue saga.
