This set was designed specifically to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the One Piece anime series, featuring character illustrations that pay homage to iconic moments and designs throughout the show's long history. The inclusion of Carrot, the Mink Tribe warrior and ally to the Straw Hat Pirates, highlights the series' expansive cast of characters who have played pivotal roles during key story arcs like Whole Cake Island.

The artistic direction for this set focuses on vibrant, high-quality illustrations that capture the personality of each character, often utilizing dynamic poses or scenes reflective of their role in the series. As a Character type card, Carrot is designed to fit into the strategic mechanics of the game, allowing players to incorporate her specific abilities into their deck compositions.
