Edward.Newgate

The Edward Newgate character card, identified as ST13-004, was released as part of the Special Deck Set The Three Brothers in the One Piece Card Game. This deck was designed to commemorate the bond between brothers Luffy, Ace, and Sabo, centering on the Whitebeard Pirates’ captain, Edward Newgate, in his role as a foundational figure in the series. The card features high-quality character art consistent with the game's aesthetic, which draws heavily from Eiichiro Oda's iconic visual style.

The design of the ST13 set was intended to offer players a strategic look at Whitebeard's commanding presence on the battlefield, reflecting his formidable power and protective nature as seen in the Marineford arc. Upon release, the set was well received by the player base for both its thematic tribute to the series' lore and its tactical utility in competitive play, solidifying the card as a notable inclusion for collectors focusing on the Whitebeard Pirates lineage.
