Ice Oni

The Ice Oni card, designated OP04-047, was released as part of the promotional material for the One Piece Card Game's fourth expansion, Kingdoms of Intrigue. This set, which debuted in 2023, was designed to emphasize the Wano Country arc, featuring mechanics and character portraits central to that narrative. As a pre-release promotional item, this specific iteration of the card was distributed to participants of official tournament events, serving as both a playable utility piece and a memento of the game's growing organized play community.

The illustration for the card reflects the distinct visual style of the Wano arc, capturing the chilling, formidable aesthetic of the Ice Oni menace. The design focuses on the character's imposing presence within the game's color-coded system, prioritizing readability for tournament-level play while maintaining the high artistic standards expected by collectors of the franchise. It was received as a functional addition to the game's growing roster of character cards, valued by players for its synergy with specific deck archetypes released during the set's cycle.
