Kaido

The Kaido card, cataloged as ST04-003, was released as part of the Tournament Pack Vol. 5 for the One Piece Card Game. This card functions as a character card within the game's competitive ecosystem, specifically originating from the design framework established in the Animal Kingdom Pirates starter deck series. The artwork highlights the imposing stature of the character, consistent with the thematic focus on the 'Four Emperors' narrative arc within the One Piece series.

The design of this specific iteration aims to capture the formidable presence of the character through bold line work and dynamic composition, typical of the aesthetic choices made for the game's early expansion sets. It was developed by the game's design team to provide players with a strategic option that reflects the character's narrative role as a physical powerhouse. Upon its release, it became a point of interest for both competitive players utilizing the Animal Kingdom Pirates deck and collectors focused on the game's promotional tournament-exclusive materials.
