Marshall.D.Teach (Wanted Poster)

The Marshall D. Teach Wanted Poster card, released as part of the Emperors in the New World set (OP09), serves as a thematic representation of the antagonist's rising infamy within the One Piece universe. In the source material, Teach—commonly known as Blackbeard—is characterized by his rapid ascension to the status of an Emperor of the Sea, and this card captures the visual identity of the high-bounty posters distributed by the World Government to mark his escalating threat level.

The design draws directly from the established aesthetic of Eiichiro Oda's character design, prioritizing the gritty, uncompromising portraiture typical of the series' bounty posters. By focusing on the iconography of the character's face, the card emphasizes his role as a central driver of conflict in the New World arc. It is intended for players and collectors who value the narrative weight of the series' primary antagonists, serving as both a playable character card and a piece of visual lore that anchors the expansion set to current developments in the manga's ongoing storyline.
