Mr.3 (Galdino)

The Mr. 3 card, identified as OP02-065, was released as part of the Paramount War expansion set for the One Piece Card Game, which launched in 2022. This set specifically draws its thematic inspiration from the Marineford arc of the One Piece series, a pivotal storyline that depicts the war between the Whitebeard Pirates and the World Government. The card depicts the character Galdino, also known as Mr. 3, a former officer agent of the Baroque Works criminal organization, rendered in the distinct art style used throughout the Bandai trading card series.

The design of the card emphasizes Galdino's unique Wax-Wax Fruit powers, aligning with the strategic gameplay mechanics introduced in the second main set of the game. Like other character cards in the Paramount War collection, it serves to flesh out the roster of playable characters available to players looking to build decks centered around the various factions involved in the Marineford conflict. The card has been recognized by collectors primarily for its utility in the game's evolving meta rather than as a high-value rarity piece, fitting into the broader ecosystem of the trading card game's early release phase.
