Nami

The Nami card from the ST-26 Monkey D. Luffy starter deck, identified as OP09-070, was released as part of the expansion of the One Piece Card Game based on the long-running manga series by Eiichiro Oda. This set, categorized under the purple and black color scheme, emphasizes the tactical synergy and character dynamics associated with the Straw Hat Pirates during later narrative arcs. It was designed to provide players with specific character utility, reflecting Nami's role as the crew's navigator and her strategic importance in battle.

The artwork for this card continues the established aesthetic of the One Piece Card Game, which leans on high-fidelity illustrations that capture the personality and iconic appearance of the source material. By maintaining a consistent art style that honors the source manga, the designers aim to appeal to both competitive players and collectors of the franchise. Upon release, cards in the ST-26 series were noted for their role in defining new deck-building archetypes within the purple-black meta, receiving recognition from the player community for their specific mechanical contributions to the game's evolving balance.
