Roronoa Zoro

The Roronoa Zoro card, cataloged as OP09-076, was released as part of the Starter Deck: [ST-26] -PURPLE/BLACK Monkey.D.Luffy- for the One Piece Card Game. This set was designed to introduce new strategic mechanics centered around the dual-color identity of the Straw Hat crew, reflecting the complex synergy between the Purple and Black color palettes that define the game's evolving meta-game during the late stages of the game's second year.

The card features the iconic swordsman Roronoa Zoro in a stylistic aesthetic consistent with the contemporary art direction of the One Piece Card Game, which draws directly from Eiichiro Oda's manga panels and the Toei Animation series. The design emphasizes his role as a high-impact combatant, utilizing the game's card-type mechanics to allow players to integrate his aggressive fighting style into their deck builds. It was received by the player community as a staple piece for any collector focused on the Straw Hat Pirate faction.
